Nitto P-422 PTFE Film Tape delivers exceptional dielectric strength (10.5 kV), a 356°F/180°C thermal rating, and excellent conformability for reliable insulation of high-voltage coils and power cables in demanding aerospace and electrical applications.

Engineered with a PTFE film backing and cured silicone adhesive, this gray UL-510 certified tape combines chemical inertness with stable performance across a wide temperature range. Its balance of toughness and flexibility helps reduce rework while maintaining clean removal characteristics in many insulation and harnessing tasks.
